21. 07. 2008 Co. has won the tender for the installation of application software for the Committee on Public Health Administration of the Volgograd Region. More than 60 health care facilities in the region and the territorial fund of obligatory medical insurance information system will be merged before the end of 2008. The amount of the state contract is 3.6 million. rubles.
Unified Information System will include seven software systems and electronic register of the insured population. The result of the project will automate processes such as:.
licensing and accreditation of health facilities in the region.
input, primary processing, storage of information about the activities of health facilities.
analysis of information on network health facilities and provision of health care resource.
report generation for compulsory health insurance for health care facilities and transfer of medical insurance organizations.
registration and maintenance of registers of patients.
calculation of regional standards for the amount and cost of care.
registration issued by the recipes and personal accounts of patients who were released drugs poprogramme additional drug supply.
A number of software systems will be implemented in OLAP- based technology for multi-dimensional analysis of the data. Thanks to a regular user myself, without involving a technician will be able to form a reporting form in the form of tables or charts.
